Divisions: Open, A, B, C, 40+A, 40+B, 50+A, 50+B, 60+, Women, and Juniors in both Singles and Doubles--plus consolation brackets in each division. Events may be combined if less than 8 entries. Tournament director may reclassify players or combine divisions if necessary. Decisions of the tournament director are final.

Awards: 1st and 2nd in each division.

Amenities: Entry fee entitles each player to:
  • Tournament shirt
  • Admission to ## pm Day, Month # dinner (guests are $## each)
  • Hospitality for the player (extra charge for guests)

Entry Fee: $## for first event. Second event is $## additional. You may enter a maximum of two events. Doubles entries must include both players' names and fees, one player's name or fee will not be enough to be included in the draw. No refunds.

Deadline: Entry must be in Tournament Director's possession no later than Day, Month #. Entries over the phone will be accepted until Day, Month # only with an additional $## charge. Make check payable to (organization) and mail to: (address).

Starting Times: Call the Club at ###-###-#### after ## am/pm on Day, Month #.

Check-In Time: All players, at least 20 minutes prior to each match. Bring your own towel and lock.

Eligibility: All entrants must be a current USHA member and meet appropriate age requirements. Masters players must meet age requirement in this calendar year. Juniors must meet age requirement by conclusion of event. Be prepared to present proof of age and USHA membership card at registration.

Rules: All USHA rules apply. Eye protection is mandatory. All losers must referee the following match on the same court to receive their tournament shirts. Qualified replacements may be used, but assignment remains the loser's responsibility. Decisions of the tournament director are final.

Official Ball: Spalding Red Ace for male events. White Ace for women's and boys/girls events.
